We all like to save money online, so what are the options for free dating agencies. Can you really find a dating agency with no charge for its services? And are free Russian dating sites worth using?

Dating websites are numerous, but they're not the only way of finding love. Many men and women still turn to dating agencies to help them find their partner. Dating agencies, or introduction or marriage agencies as they're also known as offer a more personalized matchmaking service. There will usually be less potential partners to choose from with an agency. They don't often plaster photos of beautiful models all over their site, and their ladies are often much more the type of lady that would make a loving and devoted wife. Additionally, most agencies tend to interview members before they are allowed full membership of the service. So you don't get the problems with online dating scammers, and you can at least know that a person's identity has probably been confirmed.

The downside is that all this human touch costs money, so it's not generally possible to find free dating agencies. Some people do matchmaking as a hobby, so they might not charge much for their services. But usually it's customary to give them a financial gift should they introduce you to your future partner. Matchmakers are quite common in some countries, especially in China. They can be a great way to find a foreign bride.

The more usual dating agencies that foreign men seeking Russian or other mail order brides will use tend to charge an up front fee. For the fee you'll get introduced to a number of foreign ladies, and the agency will often help you with your travel plans. If you're interested in Russian girls who don't speak much English then they might also be able to offer you the use of a translator.

There are a few Russian dating sites that advertise them as offering 100% free dating. In all cases be wary of sites advertising themselves as free. Sometimes the free status only actually means that they have a free trial or standard membership plan. This is fairly misleading, as popular sites like Russian Euro and Ukraine Date offer free membership options anyway, so you can try out the site before buying a premium membership plan.

I've never been a big fan of free dating services, especially if you're seeking a marriage partner. The popular free dating site Plenty of Fish is very popular with men and women seeking partners for short term flings. How many of the members of Plenty of Fish are already married is anyone's guess. As well as having basic features I've also had problems with the quality of members on 100% free foreign dating sites. The free sites often claim to have tens of thousands, or even millions of members. However, not all of these profiles are active. Like Plenty of Fish, the sites also attract members who are already married, scammers, and I've even been contacted by prostitutes touting for business.

At the end of the day, finding a foreign bride will cost you a lot more money than you might think. It's really false economy to use a free dating site, so it's better to take out an annual subscription of a dating site. If you have limited financial resources then consider using a dating agency with a fixed fee for its services. Companies such as A Belarus Bride have a particularly good reputation.
